Mrs. Wills has overall leadership and final management decision making for our MaxAgility umbrella of companies (our Agile Consulting Services and our Short-term residential real estate properties). She directly manages all things in Human Resources as well as business strategy development, organization structures, office outfitting, supply management, and marketing expenditures.
President - Brian Wills
Brian Wills is a creative and insightful leader, focused on helping others build their careers. Embracing the philosophy of “leave no mark behind,” Brian Wills is a Certified Scrum Professional and Master Agile Coach who empowers others to build their careers and lead thriving Agile Transformations on their own. His experience spans from High-Tech in Silicon Valley to Global Finance in NYC. He enjoys speaking on the topics of Agile Transformation as well as Culture Change ranging from an industry conference format to one-on-one mentoring sessions. In his spare time, he enjoys leading the Silicon Valley Lean Lunch Meetup and spending time with his wife and children in Santa Clara, CA.

Sarah is a creative, enthusiastic, and organized leader. She has held her CSM since 2021, and has been with the company since 2016. She's passionate about the Agile way of working, and believes in making a difference in people's lives no matter where she goes. She uses the team building skills she learned as a General Manager in the restaurant industry to bring talented individuals together towards a common vision. She has a background in sales and academics as well, performing as a top sales representative for years and working as assistant faculty teaching debate at Capital University. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and a B.A. in Spanish, both from Capital University, and has done significant research in both fields.

Neerav Mehta is the Founder & CEO of Red Crackle. A young and dynamic technopreneur, Neerav got hooked to Drupal way back in 2007. Over the last couple of years, Neerav took up several Drupal projects and completed them efficiently, to the satisfaction of his clients. He quickly gained a reputation as a reliable Drupal developer. The goodwill earned allowed Neerav to launch Red Crackle in 2012. There has been no looking back since then.

Certified PMP Agile Coach, trainer and IT Executive Coach. As a retired Navy nuclear power Submarine Captain, Bruce brings his engineering and leadership skills to technical implementations and teams. Bruce is an accomplished Information Technology and Project Management Leader in both the private sector and all levels of the government. He brings documented successes and accomplishments improving complex technological processes. He is an expert in development and establishing process improvement and technical operational governance. He is skilled in managing lean agile development teams and in transforming their systems to the cloud using various open-source technologies. Bruce is a trainer and coach of all aspects of agile implementation, ranging from team, to release management and executives. Tony's early career as a middle school teacher and recording engineer/producer established a strong sensitivity and skill regarding talent development. This translated into his role as a Scrum Master and Process Improvement Analyst at Asurion, where he became a key player in Agile transformation, training Scrum Masters and developing in-house training classes in Agile, meeting facilitation, communication and conflict management, and other topics.
